Students Ethan, Kaitlin, and Liam participated in the annual Anacortes Waterfront Festival by demonstrating their robot and presenting about the team and the FTC program. The team’s booth displayed the robot, the Engineering Notebooks, the 2019 Pasteur Interleague Think Award, and the Mechanical Minks team cabinet. Ethan and Liam took turns driving the robot around at the team’s booth, and Kaitlin mainly answered questions about the program and helped with retrieving stray game parts for the robot to pick up and demonstrate with. All three students went up in front of the community to present about their team, the robotics program, and their accomplishments. Everyone took turns introducing themselves and their roles on the team, and confidently answered questions from the community.
