As we come to the end of week three, the robot is coming together!<\/p>\n

The programmers have been typing away in their corner, writing code for autonomous and tele-op, giving them an opportunity to leave Easter Eggs for future generations.<\/p>\n

The electronics team was hard at work putting together the control board for the proto bot.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The collector is making the transition from wood to aluminum.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

All the original kinks have been worked out of the lifter, and we’re moving to a fully operational prototype.<\/p>\n

And some chassis members are learning how to weld.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In addition to the robot, we are working on our pit,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

creating a brochure to represent all of the robotics teams in Anacortes,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

and we attended the “Innovation Expo” organized by our school district to promote STEM in the community. Our superintendent even tried his hand at the robot controls with surprising success!<\/p>\n
