Team 3238 is a force to be reckoned with. Since winning the Rookie All-Star Award in our first season in 2010, we have established our reputation as fierce competitors, regular award winners, innovative designers, and gracious professionals. Based in Anacortes, WA on Fidalgo Island, Team 3238 the “Cyborg Ferrets” see increasing success with each season. Along with three competition wins, including the Pacific Northwest District Championship in 2016, the Cyborg Ferrets have earned numerous Engineering, Design, Imagery, and Safety Awards.

We are especially proud of our accomplishments because it’s our team policy that student team members do everything: design and build the robot, participate on the competition drive team, write awards, and With a nearly 1:1 ratio of mentors to students, which is almost unheard of on other teams, students are assisted and guided when needed, but otherwise do all the work themselves.
