Team 3238 is a force to be reckoned with. From winning the Rookie All-Star Award in our first season in 2010 to winning the Imagery Award at the World Competition in Houston in 2018, we have established our reputation as fierce competitors, regular award winners, innovative designers, and gracious professionals. Based in Anacortes, WA on Fidalgo Island, Team 3238 the “Cyborg Ferrets” see continued success with each season. Along with four competition wins, including the Pacific Northwest District Championship in 2016, the Cyborg Ferrets have earned numerous Engineering, Design, Imagery, and Safety Awards.

We are especially proud of our accomplishments because our student team members are active leaders in all aspects of our team: design and build of the robot, participation on the competition drive team, award writing, community outreach, fundraising, and day-to-day operation of the team. With a nearly 1:1 ratio of mentors to students, students are assisted and guided when needed, but do the majority of the work themselves.
